1. Services Provided The Tuition Provider agrees to provide tutoring services in Mathematics and Science to the Student. The tuition will be conducted as follows:
- Subject Areas: Mathematics and Science
- Schedule: [Wednesday], 4-45 pm to 6-00 pm / 6-15 pm to 7-30 pm
- Location: – Palmerston Recreation Centre
2. Fees and Payment
- Monthly Rate: $200 or $250 as applicable
- Payment Schedule: Payments are due monthly in advance, on or before 7th of the month
- Payment Method: bank transfer / cash / check
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Notice for Cancellation/Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
- Missed Sessions: Sessions missed without proper notice will be charged in full, though every effort will be made to provide extra classes.
4. Responsibilities
- Tuition Provider: The Tuition Provider will prepare and deliver high-quality instruction and provide appropriate materials as necessary.
- Client/Student: The Client/Student agrees to attend sessions punctually, complete assigned work, and communicate any issues or concerns.
5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with two weeks written notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees for sessions provided up to the termination date are payable.
6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or academic information shared during the course of this Agreement.
7. Liability: The Tuition Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the tutoring services.
8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NT Government.
9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
